The Greenlight Project Fund at The Luzerne Foundation was created to identify real, tangible needs across Northeastern Pennsylvania and help organizations move meaningful projects across the finish line. The fund was established through a personal donation from Congressman Rob Bresnahan and his wife, Chelsea, who committed his first-term congressional salary to support community-driven initiatives throughout the region.

Designed as a long-term investment in the place they call home, the Greenlight Project focuses on supporting projects that are already in motion and helping them reach completion. From public safety and youth programs to food access and workforce development, the fund is intended to deliver practical, immediate impact while strengthening communities across Northeastern Pennsylvania.
